Therapy or coaching? What's the difference?

There are two ways you can work with me: individual therapy dedicated to improving your mental health or one-on-one coaching where we specifically focus on working on your mindset, personal/career goals and life satisfaction to help you become your ideal self. In therapy we use targeted techniques like Narrative and bibliotherapy, CBT and DBT. These techniques work together to help you get a deeper understanding of who you are at your core, while exploring early experiences from your past and explore your unique psychology in order to help you author the life that you want and live life on your terms.

In coaching, I offer you a customized plan and skills for growth focused on your future goals, and I am fully committed to your success. If you want to know more about what might be the best fit for you, schedule a consultation.
